How To Make a Cucumber Smoothie

Cucumbers tend to have a milk flavor so they pair well with fruits such as kiwis, pineapples, or apples.

Another benefit of cucumbers is they contain a lot of liquid so you will find you don’t need much liquid for your smoothies.

When making a cucumber smoothie first add the liquid, then the fruits and vegetables, and lastly any add-ons such as seeds, powders, or spices.

Peel or No Peel:  The skin and seeds of the cucumber are the most nutrient-dense parts of the cucumber so I don’t recommend you peel your cucumbers.

Cucumber Mint Pineapple Smoothie

Cucumbers tend to have a mild distinct flavor so they combine well with the pineapples and apples in this smoothie recipe.  The fruits in this smoothie provide natural sweetness and you won’t need an additional sweetener.  The spinach provides extra minerals and vitamins to this smoothie.
