How to Make a Blueberry Smoothie

When you are making a blueberry smoothie you can use frozen or fresh blueberries.  If you use frozen blueberries your smoothie will have a thick, slushy texture.   

The first thing you should do is add the blueberries to the blender.  If you want to use more than one fruit you can add them to the blender at the same time.  

Secondly, add your preferred liquid.  Thirdly, you can add additional items such as yogurt, nuts, powders, oats, or nut butter.  If you are using a high-speed blender the result should be a smooth, creamy blueberry smoothie.
