How To Make a Strawberry Smoothie

Strawberries are great by themselves in smoothies or combined with other fruits.  Since strawberries are naturally delicious you don’t need a lot of other ingredients in your smoothie.

When making strawberry smoothies you can use fresh or frozen strawberries, they both taste the same.  The main difference is if you use frozen strawberries your smoothie will be thicker and have a slushy texture.

When making your strawberry smoothie, you can do the following.  Firstly, add the liquid to the smoothie, secondly, add the fruits and vegetables, and thirdly add the add-ins such as seeds, nut butter, and spices.
