When making a peanut butter smoothie it is best to use all-natural peanut butter that doesn’t contain any sugars or oils.   Fortunately, there are quite a few options on the market.   When making a peanut butter smoothie first add liquid, frozen fruits or fresh fruits, then add peanut butter, nuts, seeds, spices, and green vegetables.

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

This is one of those smoothies that is not only good for you but tastes good.  It also passes the kids’ taste test, both adults and children will love this smoothie.  This smoothie is ideal as a breakfast smoothie or as a post-workout smoothie.  This peanut butter smoothie is relatively simple to prepare with only four ingredients, almond milk, bananas, greek yogurt, and cinnamon.  If you want a more chocolate flavor you can add chocolate protein powder.
